Bonnie Lam is the Interim Associate Director at the Institute for Gender and the Economy at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management. Bonnie is committed to advancing the conversation on gender equality in the workplace–and throughout society–by supporting rigorous research to develop impactful solutions.
Prior to joining the Institute for Gender and the Economy, Bonnie has worked in different capacities within Rotman over the past 11 years. Her most recent position was with the Recruitment and Admissions team for the Master of Management Analytics and Global Executive MBA for Healthcare and the Life Sciences degrees at Rotman. Prior to that, Bonnie worked with clients to deliver customized learning models with Rotman’s Executive Programs; more specifically with partners in the healthcare and financial industries.
Bonnie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo, and a post-graduate certificate in Marketing from the Ryerson University.
