Angie Min Ah Park, Ph.D. is a postdoctoral fellow at the Institute for Gender and the Economy (GATE) at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. Prior to joining GATE, she completed her doctorate in English at York University. Her dissertation offered multidisciplinary methodologies to explore the transculturality of Korean/Asian identities in North America increasingly represented in contemporary literature and media. As an EDI (Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) Consultant and Learning Facilitator, Angie has worked with diverse clients across financial, transportation, government, and non-profit sectors to build more inclusive organizational cultures through effective leadership and communication training. As a postdoctoral fellow, she is interested in investigating dialogic methodologies in EDI pedagogy to generate more impactful, sustainable, and effective strategies for adult EDI learning and practice.
