Heather Sarsons

Heather received her PhD in Economics from Harvard University. Her research uses insights from behavioural economics to understand and empirically document differences in how employers evaluate men and women. At Rotman, she will be working with Dr. Laura Derksen on a project that examines ways to reduce barriers to reporting sexual assault and harassment.
