Hyeun Lee
Project Lead, Gender Analytics
Hyeun Lee is the Project Lead of GATE’s Gender Analytics programming and an Assistant Professor of Strategic Management area at Rotman. She received her PhD in Management from the University of Maryland. She studies how organizations utilize and evaluate women’s talents and explores ways in which diversity and inclusion help to build sustainable businesses. She employs experimental methods (field, lab, natural experiments) and examines various contexts including past entrepreneurs, security analysts, and executives.
